Freight options matched to order weight and urgency

3D welding tables are dense industrial cargo. We compare shipment size, total weight, destination charges and unloading access before recommending a route.

LCL

Less-than-Container

Shared sea-freight space for one table or smaller shipments. Cargo is export packed for consolidation handling.

Practical for single-table orders
AIR

Air Freight

For urgent tooling, replacement components and compact accessory shipments where transit speed is the priority.

Fast route for smaller cargo
D2D

Door-to-Door

Coordinated delivery including international freight and final transport to the named workshop address where available.

Packing standard

Protected before it leaves our floor

The packing plan is adjusted to table dimensions, accessories and the selected freight method. We focus on surface protection, movement control and clear shipment identification.

  • Working surfaces cleaned and protected before packing
  • Edges, corners and machined faces isolated from impact
  • Table, legs and tooling secured to prevent internal movement
  • Wooden case or reinforced pallet selected for the route
  • Package markings and dispatch photos supplied before release

Shipping questions

What buyers usually confirm before ordering

If your destination or unloading conditions are unusual, include them in the inquiry. Heavy equipment logistics is easier to price correctly before production starts.

Are import duties and local taxes included?
It depends on the agreed Incoterm. EXW, FOB and CIF quotations normally leave destination duties, taxes and local import charges to the buyer. Door-to-door or duty-paid options are quoted only where available and must be stated clearly in the offer.
How is a heavy welding table unloaded?
Most shipments require a forklift, loading dock, crane or another suitable lifting arrangement at destination. Tell us what equipment is available so the final-delivery method and packing base can be planned correctly.
Can one table ship by LCL sea freight?
Yes. LCL is often used for a single table or a smaller order. Because consolidated cargo is handled more frequently, the crate and internal securing are selected with that route in mind.
Can tooling ship separately by air?
Yes. Clamps, stops, bolts and replacement parts can be packed as a separate air-freight or courier shipment when the size and weight are suitable.
Do you provide packing and loading photos?
Packing and dispatch photos can be provided before shipment release. If you need specific views, labels or inspection records, list them in the purchase requirements.
What happens if cargo is damaged in transit?
Inspect the package before signing for delivery, photograph any visible damage and note it on the carrier receipt. Contact us immediately with the transport document, package photos and product photos so the claim route can be reviewed.
