Manufacturing & verification
Factory Quality Control
From material review and precision machining to final inspection and export packing, every welding table is checked against the agreed project specification before shipment.
Controlled workflow
Six checkpoints from order review to dispatch
Quality control starts before machining. Table size, hole system, tooling compatibility, surface treatment, quantity and destination are confirmed against the purchase specification.
Specification review
We confirm table dimensions, D16 or D28 system, grid pattern, material, finish and required accessories before production.
Material verification
Material and semi-finished components are checked against the approved configuration before they enter the machining sequence.
Precision machining
Table surfaces, side faces and fixture holes are machined in a controlled sequence to maintain alignment and repeatability.
Surface treatment
Nitriding or the specified surface process is applied, followed by visual checks for consistent coverage and finish.
Dimensional inspection
Flatness, key dimensions, hole condition and assembly compatibility are checked before the product is released for packing.
Final count & packing
Products and accessories are counted, identified and secured in export packing suitable for the agreed transport method.
Final inspection
Checked against your approved order
The acceptance criteria depend on the product and project. We confirm the applicable checks before production so both sides work from the same specification.
- ✓Dimensions and flatnessCritical dimensions and the work surface are checked using suitable measuring tools.
- ✓Hole system and fitD16/D28 holes, grid layout and selected tooling compatibility are reviewed.
- ✓Surface and appearanceSurface finish, edges and visible condition are checked before protective packing.
- ✓Quantity and identificationTables, legs, fixtures and accessories are counted and matched to the packing list.
Inspection plan
What we verify before release
Exact tolerances and inspection records are confirmed per order. The table below shows the standard control points used for welding table projects.
| Control point | Typical method | Acceptance basis | Available evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Table size & key dimensions | Tape, caliper or gauge as appropriate | Approved drawing or order specification | Measurement photos on request |
| Worktop flatness | Straightedge / precision measuring equipment | Standard tabletop: 0.1 mm per m² | Inspection result or photos as agreed |
| Hole layout & condition | Dimensional and visual inspection | D16/D28 system and approved grid | Close-up inspection photos |
| Surface hardness | Hardness test when specified | Nitrided HV 400–600; high-strength steel HV 700–800 | Test record when included in the order |
| Accessories & packing | Count, visual check and packing-list review | Purchase order and packing requirement | Packing photos and final packing list |
