Custom 3D Welding Tables
Custom welding tables.
Defined by your work.
Turn your workpiece drawing and workshop constraints into a clearly specified table and fixture arrangement.
Customise what the job actually needs
A non-standard dimension is only one part of a custom table enquiry. We review the workpiece, access, locating method and support arrangement together. Feasibility, scope and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
Table dimensions & layout
Discuss the working envelope, usable surfaces, hole layout and connections to adjacent equipment.
Supports & working height
Share the required operating height, handling method, floor conditions and whether the setup must move.
Tooling & interfaces
Identify datums, positioning points and existing fixtures that need to work with the proposed arrangement.
Material & finish
Specify your requirements or ask us to review suitable options. Availability and technical limits depend on the chosen design.
Start with a standard table when it fits
A clear reason for every custom detail
Compare a standard table plus suitable fixtures with a fully custom platform. A standard solution may cover the job without changing the table body.
Custom review is useful when workpiece access, envelope, equipment interfaces or locating requirements cannot be met by the standard arrangement.
How a custom enquiry moves forward
-
Share the application
Send drawings, part dimensions, intended loads, target quantity and delivery country.
-
Review the configuration
Discuss table size, hole layout, supports, fixtures and any unresolved technical questions.
-
Confirm the scope
Agree the drawing revision, itemised supply, acceptance criteria, price and delivery terms before the order proceeds.
-
Prepare for delivery
Coordinate the agreed inspection records, packing, shipping information and installation requirements.
A useful enquiry includes
- Workpiece drawing or dimensioned sketch
- Overall size, material and weight distribution
- Required hole system and existing tooling details
- Critical dimensions and inspection method
- Working height and support requirements
- Quantity and expected repeat demand
- Delivery country, city or port
- Target schedule and any handling restrictions
If a detail is undecided, mark it “please recommend”. Final dimensions, tolerances and loading must be agreed for the specific configuration.
Questions before you order
Can you quote from a sketch?
A dimensioned sketch and clear photos can start the review. Additional drawings or measurements may be needed before the technical scope and price can be confirmed.
Can a custom table use existing D16 or D28 tools?
Potentially, but compatibility must be checked beyond hole diameter. Include pin dimensions, clamping length, grid requirements and the original tooling specification.
What is the lead time or minimum order?
These depend on design, quantity and production requirements. They are confirmed in your quotation; this page does not set a universal lead time or minimum quantity.
Have a drawing to discuss?
Send the requirements you already know. We can review the open technical points with you.
